We also recognise the importance of time. Time for teachers is their most precious asset and we offer time back for additional service. For example, if teachers run after school clubs, they receive time back in leu. Through the power of technology, we are always striving for new and innovative ways to save teachers’ time, through shared planning, collaborative sharing of resources and tools to help children to be independent in their learning.
