Sean Gardner

Sean Gardner is a CEO, Director or Board Advisor of a number of organisations supporting the education and digital media sectors. He has been involved in Education Technology (EdTech) businesses since 2012 and has worked with a multitude of Multi-Academy Trusts and mainstream schools to deliver improved outcomes for their children in both primary and secondary settings.
Sean is highly experienced in early stage and scale-up businesses in high growth verticals. He has won 28 marketing and industry awards including a BETT Award for Teaching and Learning in 2017. He is particularly skilled in developing online businesses and his most recent experience was as the Founder and MD of Proplr, a programme which helps improve parental engagement with schools. He was also the founder of Trauma Response Network, a national charity supporting victims of mass trauma.
Sean is married to Helen and has two grown-up daughters, one who runs her own media agency (Hannah) and the other who is a teacher (Charlotte).
