Victoria Willmot is one of the Challenge and Support Partners at the Great Learners Trust. Victoria is the Trust DSL and supports schools across all areas of the curriculum to develop them to be the best they can be. Prior to the role, Victoria has worked in education for over 18 years, was Deputy Head of an Outstanding school and has been a qualified SENDCO for over 12 years. She has a wealth of experience in school improvement and her passion is to ensure that every child has access to an incredible education.
